FIRST COMMUNION: First communions are the sweetest. 🍭 Give them a gift to remember and cherish. Most importantly, you can pray for them. I’m praying this novena with my little girl.😭 Next on my list: beautiful artwork of our favorite little saints. And for the first communicant boys in your life … this is so metal. ⚔ Water bottle stickers are a great idea or for party favors. Make cleanup easy with these darling paper plates and napkins. As for our family? Thanks to this sweet mama for her inspiration, we get our girls’ ears pierced after their first confession. “Let the little ones come to Me.”

HORMONE HEALTH: 🎵 Don’t you know that your toxic?🎵 BPA-free everything is everywhere … but is it enough? BPAs are scary “Endocrine disruptors” that may mimic, disrupt, or block our hormones from doing their duty. Weight gain, mood swings, infertility, and thyroid issues are just some of the symptoms that women report due to hormone imbalances. And those imbalances may be due to everyday environmental toxins. They’re ubiquitous, and getting rid of them can get overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. My go-to for relevant knowledge is this podcast which arms you with knowledge and offers wisdom. 👏 It’s a breath of fresh (non-toxic) air.

Now for a couple style trends …

HAIR: What’s old is new again — Barbie is in theatres and a 90s hair accessory is having a moment. We’re talking about scrunchies! And now they’re super-sized. French women have been wearing them since 2019 so we know they’re stylish! You can style them in a classic ponytail, dress them up, dress them down, or make a statement. Here’s some help for styling. You’ll look so cute!

This one is my favorite — like a Monet and super fem.

NAILS: Vanilla chrome. Okay — hear me out. It’s a fresh twist on a go-to neutral that combines a cool-toned beige with a glazed finish. And perfect for a summer wedding or date night. They’re gorgeous — see? (Ignore the length, but look at the color 🤤)

Here’s how you do it. First, apply a rich vanilla shade like “Love Letter” from The Gel Bottle’s collection. Then apply a top coat. Finish with this chrome powder ($8 at Amazon!) or this one. Or go for this eggshell polish and an oplascent top coat. Vanilla Chrome nails are an elegant and minimalist look (again, ignore the length mama!). Nails are usually the last thing I have time for, but they make me feel so put together and feminine. 💅
