CHRISTMAS: There are less than 9 months until Christmas. Yes - that’s right. We said it. 🎄 Where did this come from? Two big holidays occurred last Saturday — first, it was the Annunciation, which is memorial of the Archangel Gabriel’s visit to the Blessed Virgin “announcing” (and inviting) her to conceive the Lord. March 25 - > December 25th — 9 months. It is also held by some to have been the day of Christ’s death in AD 33. March 25th is significant in another way, though. On that day in, well, honestly we have no idea what year, Frodo cast the One Ring into the fires of Mount Doom, 🌋 which makes March 25th the birthday of the new creation in two realms, I suppose.
