Make your marriage fruitful
đđđ
Every Christmas, we debate.
Itâs not over Christmas cookies, the tree, or family parties. Oh, no. Itâs about the other woman.
Amy.
I love her. Mr6am, not so much.
I mean, that ski sweater and 80s hair? Whatâs not to love? If youâre on Team Amy, youâre my people.
And even if she isnât your fav, that song makes for a great dance party with your kiddos. And everyone could use a good dance party right about now. Hereâs what we got going today:
Atheist Scientists canât get over this layered miracle paintingâŠand neither can I.
The Saintly art of conversation
Orange theory, but the kind that doesnât make you sweat.
Deck the halls hair stylesâjust in time for Xmas party szn
Skip the meds- grab a pen
HAIR: Youâve got a holiday party and the same old LBD? Make it fance with some hair bling. First up, bows are still going strong. This half-do w/a velvet bow can be a subtle or statement piece, depending on how big you wanna go. Hereâs how without looking like youâre 5. Heads upâif Kate Middleton can do it, so can you. Next up, use this headband hack with an embellished headband. And a silver-is-so-hot-right-now budget option. When it doubt, clip it. Try a pearled clawclip with this tutorial. Now thatâs a Christmas (party) to remember.
No time, no hair, and no accessories? We got you. đđ»
MENTAL HEALTH: Itâs mightier than the swordâŠand disease. đ A new science-supported journaling protocol has shown major improvement in immediate and long-term health. Studies show that writing for a straight 15 minutes for four days in a row can decrease symptoms for both physical and mental health. Things like chronic anxiety, insomnia, arthritis, lupus, and chronic pain. đ€Ż It has even been shown to combat infection. Basically, the writing helps to rewire your brainâŠbut the catch? Youâve got to write about the same high-stress or anxiety-producing event each writing sesh. Grammar and spelling donât count, just as long as you write consistently. Thatâs an easy A in my wellness book.
This is perfect for writing about whatâs bugging you. đȘČ
RELATIONSHIPS: Is it true love? Find out when you give him an orange. A new Tiktok trend, dubbedâOrange Peel Theory,â is making itâs way across the platform. Basically, you ask your SO to peel an orange for you. The promptness and cheerfulness of his response is the measurement of his commitment to you. While we agree life/marriage/relationships are all based on little, every day acts of love, maybe wait until theyâve had their coffee first? Or, just maybe, we peel the orange with a smile first. Letâs beat âem to the peel, ladies. đđŸââ
CANCER: Protect those boobies. A new breast cancer vaccine is in the works. Not yet named, this shot has minimal side effects with an effective immune response. Howâs it work? One long word: immuotherapy. It targets a lactation protein thatâs present in triple-negative breast cancer patients. With 1 in 8 women having breast cancer, this is a VBD. Phase one, complete. Phase two, high hopes!
Eutrapelia: the good, the bad, and the ugly
The miracle of her eyes, tho?!?! Never gets old.
Marbled Christmas Cookiesâyouâll never look back.
This helmet doesnât seem too safe.
Letâs make this a two-way street, cuz I kinda like you. Send me your requests, your feedback, or some love. Itâs the best to hear from you guys! Also, texting this to your group chat or posting it to your FB momâs group would be such a great Xmas present.
Thanks to all, and God bless you this Advent,
