I just did this with my close girlfriends, and it was a smash. We called it — the Sisterhood of the Traveling Dresses. 🙄 We found unused (or lightly-used) but awesome dresses in our closets, got together for drinks, and had a blast “shopping.” The leftovers were donated. We each left with a cleaner closet and a new dress! The best part? Seeing an old favorite get a second life on your glowing friend!

WEIGHT LIFTING: You don’t have to look like Arnold, but to have muscle tone, fight off osteoporosis (we aren’t getting any younger), hold those babies, and keep up with your teens, we DO need to lift weights. Even one session a week will get you stronger. But what if you’re stuck staring at weights without a plan? Keep it simple with this in your mind: Push/Pull/Legs/Core. Find one exercise for each, complete one after the other without rest, and boom! You’ve got yourself a sweet little full body circuit. Still confused? Don’t worry, we can spot you.
